At KO Distilling, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase of our merchandise, products, and/or loyalty program memberships.
For merchandise, if you are not totally satisfied with what you have purchased from us, within 30 days of our purchase date, you can do the following: (a) return your order for a full refund, or (b) exchange your purchased items for other merchandise. Returned or exchanged items must be in the condition your received them and in original packaging, if any. You must also have a receipt for your original purchase. To return or exchange any purchased items, you must hand-deliver the items to KO Distilling or ship them to our distillery at your expense.
For distilled spirit products, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges. All alcohol product sales and tastings are final.
For loyalty program memberships, if you have signed up and paid for a membership and we have not yet given or shipped to you any items (e.g., hats, apparel, certificates, etc.) or provided any services to you relating to that program (e.g., rental of our space for a special event), then we will give you a refund if you request one within thirty (30) days of your paid registration for that membership.
