- 1 oz. Honey Simple Syrup
- 3.5 oz. Ginger Ale
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Instructions
- For “Honey Simple Syrup” heat and stir 1 part honey and 1 part water until a consistent mixture. In a rocks glass with ice, combine Bare Knuckle American Rye Whiskey with all other ingredients. Mix, garnish with and orange or lemon slice, and enjoy!

- 2 oz. Unsweetened Iced Tea
- 2 oz. Lemonade

- In a rocks glass with ice, combine Bare Knuckle American Wheat Whiskey with unsweetened iced tea and lemonade. Garnish with a slice of lemon and/or a mint sprig and enjoy!

- Add bourbon, honey simple syrup, and grapefruit juice in a shaker with ice. Shake for several seconds (to chill but not dilute). Pour into a cocktail glass, garnish with a grapefruit slice and enjoy!

- Combine Bare Knuckle Straight Bourbon Whiskey & Sweet Vermouth in a cocktail shakers with ice. Shake & strain into a rocks glass (or martini glass). Add Angostura bitters and a cherry for garnish.
